When you can return or exchange a Fraem order.

Ready-print tees can be exchanged for size or fit issues within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- Customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- Sale items may be final unless otherwise stated
Custom-print products
Custom and made-to-order items are produced specifically for you. These orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a production defect or an error on our part.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review and offer a replacement or resolution where applicable.

Contact Fraem through the contact page with your order number, issue description, and clear photos if relevant. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
